396jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 396jl website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://396jl.cam.
• "Player Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon successful completion of the 396jl registration process.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total value of funds held in a Player's 396jl account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional value granted to a Player by 396jl that are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game, sport, event, or match offered on the 396jl Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents requested by 396jl during KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

To register a 396jl Player Account, you must:

1. Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
2. Reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
3. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number;
4. Not be currently subject to self-exclusion from any gaming platform or program;
5. Not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 396jl or any of its affiliated game providers.

396jl reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold one Player Account only. Attempts to create multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity details — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 396jl account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your device. 396jl will never request your password via email, social media, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication channel.

You must notify 396jl immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 396jl will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

Players may update their registered contact details, linked payment methods, and responsible gaming preferences directly within the account settings dashboard. Changes to the registered mobile number or identity information may require re-verification before taking effect.

396jl Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your account for any purpose.

396jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 396jl does not currently accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or credit card payments.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ₱500,000 via standard channels. Higher limits are available upon request for verified high-value players.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 396jl may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending KYC review, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where suspicious activity has been flagged. Players are required to use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for deposits, where technically feasible.

396jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 396jl bears no responsibility.

396jl offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing only;
• Each bonus type carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed clearly in the promotions dashboard;
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically;

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall take precedence for that game only.

Game outcomes on the 396jl Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino games and bingo, and by the actual outcome of real-world sporting events for sports betting. 396jl does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

Players accept that all wagers placed on the 396jl Platform are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled after placement. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake that affected a wager outcome, 396jl reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's wallet.

For sports betting markets, 396jl reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and limit maximum payout on any event where integrity concerns, data feed errors, or regulatory requirements make it necessary. All such decisions are made in good faith and communicated to affected players.

Players using the 396jl Platform agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including live dealer and poker variants;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent 396jl's risk management systems;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 396jl support staff or other players via any communication channel.

396jl employs active fraud detection and risk management systems. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to immediate review, temporary suspension, and where fraud is confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of associated balances.

396jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership right over any 396jl content by virtue of using the Platform.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 396jl content without prior written consent from 396jl. Unauthorized use of 396jl intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 396jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

396jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or events beyond 396jl's reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, and government directives.

In no event shall 396jl's total liability to any Player exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arose, except where a higher amount is required by applicable law.

396jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• The Player's account shows evidence of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the Player or their payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or material Terms violation, 396jl reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and settlement of any financial obligations owed by the Player to the Platform.

Players in good standing may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 396jl support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account action, Players should first contact 396jl's customer support team via live chat at [email protected]. 396jl commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

396jl maintains a formal dispute resolution process. Where an initial support response does not resolve a complaint, Players may escalate the matter to the 396jl Disputes Team by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, relevant transaction IDs, and supporting evidence. 396jl will conduct a review and issue a written decision within 15 business days of receiving a complete escalated complaint.

396jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made that affects Players' rights or obligations, 396jl will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally possible.

Non-material amendments — including minor clarifications, formatting changes, and corrections of typographical errors — may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are revised.

Continued use of the 396jl Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
